Honey Dijon Tarragon Chicken Sauce

After looking at dozens of recipes online, I created a spreadsheet and listed the main ingredients on the left and created columns for each of the top 5 recipes. None of which was exactly what I wanted but then I took the Items I was looking for, averged the ingredients by their portions in the original recipe and created my own yummy sauce!

1Tsb Honey
2Tblsp Dijon Mustard
1tsp Tarragon (Dried)
1Cup Milk
1/4 Cup White Wine

Brown 4-6 1/2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Season with Lemon Pepper, chopped onions and/or garlic if desired. When cooked, remove chicken and put all ingredients to same pan and heat. Add Flour to thicken. Reduce slightly and serve with Hot Noodles and a green vegetable.
